Amphibian movement resistance layers and scripts for connectivity modelling - part 2

The zipped folder includes the script to create and analyse the networks from Circuitscape outputs. The subfolders “Boundaries”, “Layers”, and “Reference_net” contain files either called by the code or created in the process. The subfolder “Outputs_from_Circuitscape” contains the outputs from Circuitscape including node and branch cumulative currents in a network format.
