This dataset includes physical and environmental characteristics of water-filled tree holes (WTHs), such as water depth, height, opening size, hole origin and orientation, circumference at breast height, WTH type, and water volume. It also contains physico-chemical parameters, nutrient concentrations (ammonium, nitrogen, phosphate, sulfate, chloride), CDOM, Chlorophyll-A, turbidity, and dry organic matter (FPOM, CPOM, total).
