Contains phenotypic data assessed during the destructive sampling step of the experiment. Columns:

  • ID = Tree identifier.
  • Treatment = Experimental treatment.
  • nSF = Number of completed shoot flushes.
  • Max_Stages_Reached = Total number of growth stages reached during the experiment.
  • n_L_SF1 = Number of leaves of the second newest shoot flush at time of sampling.
  • n_L_SF2 = Number of leaves of the newest shoot flush at time of sampling.
  • Alive = Plant alive or not.
  • Contamination = Plant contaminated or not.
  • Exclude = Exclude plant or not.
  • Shoot_Length_Init = Shoot length at start of the experiment.
  • Shoot_Length = Shoot length at sampling.
  • Delta_Length = Shoot length increase during experiment.
  • FW_Plant = Fresh weight total plant.
  • DW_Plant = Dry weight total plant.
  • FW_Shoot = Fresh weight shoot.
  • DW_Shoot = Dry weight shoot.
  • FW_Stem = Fresh weight stem.
  • DW_Stem = Dry weight stem.
  • FW_L_SF1 = Fresh weight leaves second newest shoot flush.
